We bought the mobile phone as it had the up to date features that our daughter wanted in a mobile phone for her birthday present, the condition description was stated by the seller as excellent, this fitted our expectations, her requirements and our pocket.

Following receipt of the phone the discription of condition given by the seller in our opinion was overstated, it was badly scratched on the face and front and looked like it had been in somebodys pocket along with coins for a considerable period.

After emailing the seller to complain, his comment was that the phone in his opinion was in excellent condition and that it was I that had exaggerated the situation.

Our only recourse was to bin the phone and buy a new one, on reflection any sellers view of condition may not meet with the expectations of the buyer, therefore you have to be prepared for the worst situation when buying used items on line in any auction situation

This phone is great! It is really simple for people who dont really no how to use a phone a great deal!!! I bought this phone for fathers day for my dad and he loves and one of the main reasons he loves it is because its a great phone for builder and any other job where it includes rough work! This phone is recomended, plus you can get it for a great price!

This phone ticked all the boxes for me.Its easy to use for phoning & texting & being a camera phone was an added bonus. Mine is in black which looks great & all round is a great flip phone. The price which I bought it for brand new on ebay was the best thing of all. Even if you are looking for a basic phone you could just use it for text & phoning. A +++ from me!

I was looking for a cheap Orange pay as you go mobile for my wife to replace her very old Ericson and wasn't very impressed with High Street prices. I found this one on eBay at a fantastic price and had no problem just swapping her sim card over and she was able to use it straight away after charging the battery. Simple to follow instructions, only slight confusion over setting up sending and receiving photos.
It has great stand by battery life and being a flip front, you don't need to lock the key pad.
If you are looking for a value for money phone, I would recommend the Motorola V235.

Neat little phone with camera, very easy to navigate and use. Keeps its charge well....the perfect starter phone for anyone - kids included! Like the fact that it is a flip phone, no chance of bashing the buttons or the screen, lightweight & compact.

Looking for a specific model of phone no longer out there on the high street so there it was on ebay. I went for the seller because he had sold many mobiles with a good rate, value for money. I like to pay by paypal and this seller did.

This is a good basic phone. Not for those who love their gadgets. This phone has all the basic features that you'd expect.

It was a good trading expirience to deal with a seller of integrity, I have nothing to be dislike about the product, Also I do like the methord of payment of which i have fear about fraudster or whatsoever.
In a way i would like to recommend, Ebay is the word for any seller and buyers.

Easy to use, brand new, trendy and reasonably priced. Very pleased with purchase and will look out for similar offers on ebay. Great bargain really!

Arrived promptly and charger was replaced very quickly after the wrong one was sent initially. REplied to my emails speedily too.
