made four different types of loaves all turned out well and very tasty.loaves kept easy for three day's by that time it was gone,better tasting than shop bread.five minutes to toss all ingrediant's in bowl then shut lid and go couple hour's later (yummy)

I bought this thinking it would be like any other must have things, use couple of times then in the back of the cupboard. Wrong I no longer buy bought bread
that last for a week just what is in them. I now do a loaf when we need it, white, brown and a great fruit bread, as there is just the two of us, but when
the grandchildren call is all goes in a fash, proper bread.
I bought off ebay Home Baking Supplies a bread improver which just makes the
whole thing so easy, water, flour, improver, packet of yeast, touch of salt, thats it. Another tip remove the paddle when kneeding has finished and you won't have a hole in your loaf.
You will not be sorry you have got this machine.

I love baking bread now. It used to be such a hassle to do it manually. That was one of the reasons why I chose to buy a bread maker. Initially, all I wanted to do was to just make your average loaf, but now with this machine, I can make rolls, pizza bases and even jam. I actually don't dislike anything about my breadmaker and am pleased with the purchase every day. I look forward to making things, and washing up is not a hassle either, there's not much extra's that I need.

Its wonderful, breadmaking has never been the same!

Great machine, in use daily, simple instructions, even a monkey could use it. Bought 7 weeks ago and has been in daily use.
I was tired of the sludge that passes for bread and all the unnecessary additives. Now have fresh tasty, crusty French Bread every day.
The beauty of the machine is that it takes about 5 mins max to assemble the ingredients and thats that. You press the button and 3hrs 40 later Fresh Bread. I normally set it in the evening on the timer and when I come down at 7 in the morning the bread is Hot, ready and crusty. What luxury.

I bought this for a friend. I have one myself and have used it almost daily for the last year. The quality of the product is exceptional, more dense than bought bread and so very satisfying to eat. There is only a small indent in the bottom of the loaf from the paddle. The bread made costs less than bought bread and the house smells divine in the morning, or whenever I bake. What's not to like?

The machine easy to clean and to operate and doesn't take up too much space on the worktop. It takes only about 10 minutes to prepare for baking.

Bought this item and I have not looked back..... had a few disasters but then I perfected it with a bit of bread improver and now I made fresh bread every 2 days and the whole family love it.

This replaced a previous one so I was aware of its capabilities, the breadmaker arrived slightly damaged in transit, no fault of the sender, I managed to repair ( the control panel had come away from the main body). It was clean and in full working order, we were well satisfied to obtain this Breadmaker at a reasonable price with very fair postage and packing prices. I would certainly deal again with this seller.

I bought this item to try making my own bread for the first time. I like that this machine had a variety of settings and the ability to delay start so that you can have a fresh loaf waiting for you in the morning - a bonus I think. Its easy to use and the ingredients are readily available in our local co-op and the supermarket. It turns out a great loaf especially the brown and granary. If you like lighter consistency white bread this may not be the machine for you - or it might just be the way I make the white bread.

This is easy to use, understand and makes great bread! Fills the house with lovely smells - thoroughly recommend!

We like this bread maker very much because we know exactly what goes into the bread. The bread it makes is excellent, we love the delay feature which enables us to have the smell of fresh bread first thing in the morning.
We are very very pleased with it and also pleased that it saves us money.
It also makes cakes!

Having read what I could on the various makes and models I decided on this one.I have only used it a few times and have been pleased with it up to now,should you decide on this make and model I would recommend the french bread reciept.

I love this Bread Maker, it is easy to use and makes the most delicious bread. My grown-up family all love it and are always asking me to bake them some bread.
I bake a couple of times a week and usually do it whilst I am waiting for the tea to cook. So during the course of the evening we have a wonderful aroma of fresh baked bread around the house.

Arrived damaged due to bad packing. Looked more used than described.No reply to numerous emails.Hope I dont come across another person like this as it COST and LOST alot of money as I returned the article and nothing heard since.Hope ebay do something about this seller.

The Morphy Richards 48280 compares very well with my previous bread machine, the Breadman Pro by Russel Hobbs. It is much easier to clean, very user friendly and gives reliable results. My only gripe is that the baking times are a bit too long and can leave the bread slightly dry and overcooked - but easily overcome by tweaking the cooking times slightly.

this item makes good tasty bread and is easy to handle. in addition it is a smart, attractive appliance.

As bread prices rise it becomes much more practical to bake one's own bread, plus with a machine like this I can make so many varied breads and in the size I wish from a small loaf to a full size 2lb loaf. (Also my house smells great)

I love this machine, fresh bread in the morning... no hassel. Arrived quickly from the seller with a very good handwritten recipe to try. The bread is better than any shop brought stuff...still getting to grips with different recipes but finding it great fun to use and eating the results even better. A great purchase!

This item is great, I made some bread as soon as it turned up. The book was so easy to follow and the machine is nice and simple. The results were great!

this is a great bread maker in nearly all respects.
i do have one criticism though, if you choose program 3 which gives you a longer proving or resting time before the bake cycle i find that the time is too long and the bread has always burst. saying that though i have put whole mill bread on program 1 instead and added a bit more yeast and i have had very good results.so program 3 isnt needed

The breadmaker is a very good buy as it is a lot cheaper to make a loaf than to buy one. This particular make and model is very easy to use and only takes a few minutes to get the ingredients together and ready to bake, the instructions are very clear and helpful and make using the item a simple procedure. I would thoroughly recommend this make and model for its simplicity. The bread is absolutely delicious.

I love the bread maker, perfect, use it nearly everyday. No problems at all, works perfectly. Very good, anatated notes.
