MORPHY RICHARDS 48230 BREAD MAKER

I bought this breadmaker for a song. My last one had been hammered every day for over three years, and was so worn out, there were 4 holes in the bottom of the baking pan where the rivets used to be! I made it last a bit longer by putting the flour and dry ingredients in first, instead of the liquids(as they would have seeped through)!but after a while,I found a mound of cooked bread at the bottom of the breadmaker! Time to get a new one I thought!
So,I found this one,and as it had the bonus of a jam making function on it,I thought why not? It only cost 99p and cost the seller the £11.45 postage,so she got nothing for her handling even.
The breadmaker is simplicity itself. I keep all the ingredients to hand in a plastic box in a cupboard under the breadmaker,so all I have to do is lift the box out, and the ingredients are all to hand,no messing about looking here and there for flour, sea salt, olive oil etc.etc. I am lazy, so it suits me to be organised! It saves so much energy!
All in all,I have to say, this breadmaker is superb,it effortlessly makes perfect loaves, and cakes and jam. I have been making my own bread for over 30 years now,so I know my bread! However, since having rubber knuckles and a thumb fitted,I am unable to make my own by hand, but, if I had known how well this breadmaker would produce such fine specimens of bread,I would have bought one 30 years ago! If you buy this breadmaker,YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
Happy breadmaking folks,all the best,Karen x
