I love this album because it signalled the turning point in MJ's solo career, where his genius really came to the fore and continued to do so. I like the interviews with Quincy Jones and Rod Temperton and the demos. I bought this after hearing about MJ's death as I didn't have it in my CD collection. RIP MJ.

liked most of the songs on the dvd, not particular about the talking on some parts of it, but otherwise a good buy, and i like his stuff anyway, worth the money.

I am a huge Michael Jackson fan and the only CD I didn't own was 'Off The Wall'.
Having purchased the CD and listened to the music I am not dissapointed. You have to bear in mind 'Off The Wall' was before 'Thriller' and then you can hear and feel the progress Michael Jackson made as a young man from a wonderful musical performer to possibly the greatest!
The CD was well worth the money and is a fine addition to my collection.

My sister and I were massive obsessive MJ fans around the 'Bad' era, so for me his finest work was Off the Wall, Thriller & Bad, the music after that period I do like but it doesn't make me feel that certain way or take me back to being an early adolescent in love with a pop icon! 'Off the wall' is sheer magic and even now stands up there and does not date. It is full of funky harmonies and beats which you can't help wanting to dance to and of course that heart-wrenching 'She's out of my life' gets me everytime! This cd makes you feel quite sad too as at the time 'Off the Wall' was written Michael Jackson had all his life in front of him...RIP MJ!

like most people had forgotten just how good this man was, this was the very first album i brought with my first every weeks wage, couldnt resist buying it again 20>>> years later and its still as good today as it was then. great cd just to keep in the car not to many recordings on it but every one a great song . nothing bad to say about this album its a real thriller sorry about the puns but well worth adding to your cd collection.

Simply a classis! Micheal Jacksons untimely death will leave a huge void not just in the world of music but life it's self. This Off the Wall album lives and breaths Micheal in the early years. My favorite time of this musical genius. The album simply is a classic and there are bonus tracks at the end of the CD that thrilled me to bits as they where unexpected. Brilliant The King of Pop lives on.

I love this CD but unfortunatly i only had in cassette form so as a MJ fan it was a boon to be able to get his older stuff on cd.

Its the King Of Pop, he is amazing, the greatest entertainer of all time, I am just a bit gutted that I couldnt get tickets for the O2 arena concerts, its greedy pigs who are in it for the money, ahh well, I am sure there will b a dvd!

This is undoubtedly the best MJ album ever, if you are a Michael Jackson fan then this ones a must, listening to his music you can see why he really is the king of pop, I have tried and tried to play this cd till I'm fed up with it and it just ain't happening.....the best EVER.

I had this album on tape and it was really worn out from over play in the 80's. I am starting to buy all my fave albums on CD so I can still boogie round the living room...now with the hoover instead of the hairbrush!!!!!

until I saw a 2 part biograhy on Quincy Jones who produced the album, and it reminded me that my old vinyl copy had departed many years ago. I think this is probably Michaels best album, it fully showcases his talent,innovative,energetic,classy, but with a mix of professionalism that belied his years, and a naivetie that would never return. Even now, and I'm 53 years of age, when I hear 'She's out of my life' i'm nearly moved to tears, and I'm not really a huge Jackson fan.
If you've never heard this album, where have you been...get it, and if like me it's one of those albums that got away..buy it again NOW!

I purchased the new version from a store and found that it was mostly rapp and was glad to find the original on ebay.
