I am a big fan of this band and I rate this album 10/10. Live It Out is just as as good, maybe better than their 1st album Old World Underground! A good ballance between raw hard overdriven guitar tracks and more chilled out glossier tracks all with amazingly sung quirky lyrics.

) Metric are a relatively unknown group currently, they are however growing in presence by the day. I found it quite hard to get hold of this CD but easily got hold of it through ebay. I first heard their song "monster hospital" on MTV and was rather impressed leading me to enquire further into their music. I found very little online but heard good things about them when they supported the well known group 'bloc party' which lead me to purchase the album
Although the Album only has 10 songs lasting 40 min several songs did catch my interest. Sadly it was seriously only 4 out of the 10 songs that caught my attention on first playback. Other songs take longer to become used to due to metrics alternative music sound
A good Album from metric, not worth £10 but something to pick up cheaper.
