This is what a 29yr old friend asked me. Another friend said that a modern eqivalent would be Maroon 5 : tuneful, inoffensive music.CD includes their 4 or so hits, which was what I was after having heard one of their songs on an advert.They remind me Kid Creole & The coconuts, Modern romance and all those other Jazzy, Latin 80's synth bands.

this cd sounds as fresh as when i heard it on the radio many years ago .it brought back memories of a time long forgotten but still excellent music stands the test of time todays music is throwaway 30 second drivvle which sounds all the same but matt bianco had lyrics and harmonies and most of all a diverse musical beat . it has been a pleasure to listen to again and again i hope people buy it and rediscover matt bianco again

'Get out of your lazy bed' was the first record I ever bought & I also loved all of Matt Bianco's follow- up singles, so when I saw this album I could'nt wait to get my hands on a copy! It brought back loads of memories & plenty of the tracks still sound great & fresh. A good mixture of sounds. If you buy this album you won't be disappointed.
