DAB radios are still relatively new in todays market, and not all areas are able to get a signal. And like everything that is available for purchase, you can buy good merchandise and you can buy others that are not so good. Unfortunately, you can't choose a reliable radio by just its' price. There are the obvious "big names" available of which offer you what you expect, but there are also the equally "as expensive" type that don't offer you what you would expect. This is a version that you would expect to find within the "cheap sector", as it is the type that you find in Currys as their "own brand". But don't be fooled by the "cheap wrappings" as this is actually a quality radio. The sound quality is excellent and offers you a very clear signal. This would be listed within the "value sector" of the electrical goods market. But the quality is way above just the "value sector". You will not be dissappointed if you choose to buy one of these.

Excellent item easy to use wanted a DAB radio to take on holiday fits the bill exactly. Easy to set up only gripe is lack of general information on lcd screen.

Bought this as a birthday present. Came within 2 days, well packed and sealed. Radio was just as described and worked perfectly. This is a great little radio and has converted me to dab, and it takes batteries too ,check high street prices for those and you'll realise what a great little deal this is. Auto tuning loads of features, get one now you wont regret it. The only negative i can think of is that the box was a bit worn, not really much to complain about is it? excellent
