I wanted a portable DVD player to view when the main set could not be used, or I was on the move. Having looked at the options I settled for this one because it's a well known make. It was hit or miss as to whether I got a working power pack with it, but this was mentioned. It came with a power cord & adaptor so could be used if I had a mains supply. The price was good as the ones offered were seconds, the units themselves were guaranteed; but as mentioned the power packs were flapping in the breeze. Mine turned out to be flapping. However, I obtained a new one from a Lancashire company for £14 (silly money) so ended up saving many £'s overall far a good portable DVD player. It's what your ebays for!!!

The item was the cheapest I found on e-bay. On arrival the item had a faulty battery but a replacement was sent to me free of charge.
As a cheap and cheerful item you cant go wrong.

I purchased this for my daughter. She loves it! It does the job perfectly. The screen is a good size and the player is so easy to use. If I had to pick a fault, the only thing I would say is when playing a DVD it does make a noise, but once the film/music starts playing then it hides any machine noise totally.
My daughter has no complaints. The battery life is good too.

This player is very easy to operate and is very handy and compact when travelling about the country, or abroad.
I bought it for my grandchildren and they love to use in our caravan when they are on holiday with us. They also used it when we went abroad on holiday. I use it to view DVDs I take with my camera. I would recommend the Matsui. The only fault was, it came without a carry case, so I bought one on E-Bay with no problem, or great expense.

We bought the portable DVD player for our dd who is 7, as we were going on holiday travelling for 6 hours! The picture/sound is fab, really good quality, the only downside is that the battery only lasted 1 hour instead of the 2 hours as stated, but fortunately it came with a in car charger so my dd still could watch Harry Potter to the end!

Great piture quality and sound though headphones. Sound through speakers is not so hot but it is really for personal use! Remote is good and nice credit card size.
