Absolutely Massive!

A pretty cool Massive Attack album. Better than 'Mezzanine' (which is still a great album) but not quite as good as the amazing 'Blue Lines'. Highlights have to be the trippy 'Karmacoma' and the reworking of the Horace Andy tune 'Spying Glass', featuring the great man himself (as do a lot of Massive Attack songs). And who could forget the live favourite 'Light My Fire', made famous by Will Young, as an album closer!
Slightly more meandering and less concise than 'Blue Lines', but with the trademark beats still in place, this is generally an excellent Massive Attack record. If you're new to the Bristol Massive, go for 'Blue Lines' or the recently released 'Collected-Best Of' as a starting point, but once you're into them, this is a must.
