Mary Poppins (DVD 2005)

well what do i need to say about this classic musical its excellent.
i dont think anything made today will have the same lasting effect its timeless.

I never tire of seeing this film. Full of life, colour, music & innocent fun! A perfect little film for our four year-old to sit quietly and watch. It works a treat too! Buy it if you get the opportunity

It is a brilliant film for our 3 year old kids to watch. A real kids classic. Very happy with the perfect condition of the DVD and very fast dispatch.Thanks would use again.

I saw this DVD and it looked fantastic the write up sounded great too.
I wanted to purchase this to share with my children. It was a classical film from my childhood and i thought my children would also love it. Unfortunately the DVD was canadian and will not play on a UK DVD player. So I will have to try and purchase another one but be more careful next time.

Bought it for my 3yr old who loves it! he is singing the songs all the time now, and i end up singing them with him!

Its a film for the whole family to watch and sing along too.
You can just watch again and again. i dont find anything wrong with the film its one you love it or hate it and i love it.

I decided to get this DVD for my grandaughtr as she had been watching it at her friends house and went on and on for me to buy her one.

The thing I love about it is that it keeps quite when I am doing my work.

Excellent film. Children loved this it. Has watched it over and over again. Will soon br worn out!!!

the first time my daughter saw this film was on the telly, she loved it!!

its a great film you can watch over & over again.

An excellent movie one can enjoy watching with family. It has elements of learning, fun, and almost everything. A superb entertaining movie.

Took me back to my childhood in an instance, sundays of watching Mary Poppins with my grandmother. I loved this film, and holds many memories, which I now am sharing with my children, and when they are grown, and have their own, (!?), I will watch again and again.
Love this film, highly rec for anyone and I cant believe that there isnt one person who can say that they have never seen Mary Poppins, who are you?

love the film. My girls sing and dance to it all the time and video was worn out, hence the need to buy DVD! Why not buy the special editiopn at such a great price, well worth it.

Supercalifragilistic!!!It took years for Disney to get the rights for this film and its a good job he did. Mary Poppins was one of Walt Disney's Favorite films and the favorite of many adults and children alike around the world. Even if you have never seen the film you probably know the song/word Supercalifragilistic. Classic.

A suck up banker man who has no time for his kids married to a woman who is dizzy fighting for the womans right to vote needs a nanny for their unruly children. Mary comes along and the madness begins. She brings magic into their lives and the father soon realizes that children are children and that he needs to take time out and spend more of time with his family.

Lots of fun and laughter this film will keep you amused for hours and with the super bonus disc with many extras like games you and your family will be glad that you bought it.

I always liked this film, and when I was asked to buy this as a present for my Nephew, I was delighted. I found the product easy on ebay, and bought it at a good price. The film is a good example of a fairy tail childhood, being able to jump inside a drawing and have endless fun.

excellent. takes you back to your childhood. brought it because my daughter is doing the play at school and she loves it. its helped her learn the words of the songs and its nice to sit down and watch a classic family film together.

my chidren loved the carousel part when horses came off it and began to race and they love the tea party where the children keep laughing and rise up to the ceiling.

Classic Disney musical, one for all the family :)

What you'd expect from a Disney DVD, all the extras are there for the avid fan just like the film myself so haven't bothered with all the other gumpf.

Not much else to say really apart from Thank You & Good Night.

Mary Poppins has always been a favourite but on dvd in twice as good, the film is as excellent as ever, and the disc of extras is informative and fun, well worth having.

Classic film bought for my 4 yr old. she dances around singing and telling me whats happening, completely enthralled by it. brilliant investment

We have always wanted to add this film to our collection.It is a timeless film that seems as charming today as it did when I first saw it.Julie andrews & Dick van Dyke, sang & danced across our T.V. sceen, with delightful familiarity. Very moral tale, with a disfunctional family becomes close & loving thanks to Mary Poppins help. Then off she goes under her brolly no doubt to rescue the next family & draw them close together.Reckon she would be kinda useful now !!

Excellent dvd lots and lots of memories from my childhood and now I am watching it with my grandchildren. Watching their faces is a thrill itself brilliant will watch it over and over again its a classic.
