Won this item on ebay as a bidder seen the movie and wanted a copy of my own to keep.
Has an uplifting feel good factor good story and the cast work well together
Everyone knows abba's songs but to see them acted out in the story works well
I can watch anytime and do often
I am so glad i bought a copy

It is a very happy and enjoyable film to watch and the music is brilliant
although to be fair I am a fan of Abba music, it is a feel good film and a good family film, I loved the actors and actresses in the film all very good actors/actresses and also the film was very diffierent than a lot of the actors/actresses had acted in before i.e. comedy, it is also a film that can be watched over again even tough you know what is going to happen.

The best happy film of all time! Could watch it over and over and have been to see it numerous times at the movies and been to see the West end Abba Mania! SUPERB!

I really liked the film and the product was brand new. The film is perfect for girls or for the mums who love ABBA. As a musical it is not boring otherwise it is very entertaining. I decided to buy it on ebay because I watched it with my friend and we laugh cried and had good fun together. So I wanted my mum to watch it as well as it reminded a lot about her as she used to play ABBA lp when we were kids.

Brilliant, laughed so much. Julie Walters is so funny. Songs brill and setting is beautiful. How to turn classic song in to a major film and fits with the storyline.

I think I must be probably the last person in the world to see Mama Mia the movie, but it was worth the wait. A lovely feel good movie that takes you through a myriad of emotions.

From laughter to tears and back again.

I believe in everyone's soul there's still the magic of romance and what it means to us individually. We all like to dream of true love and it returning for us.

At least in this movie we can pretend.

And that's it's magic.

This was one of the best films I have seen in a long time.

I bought this dvd for my wifes birthday and we have watched it abiut five times already. I got it through ebay and it was one of the best deals I have ever had.

This is such an uplifting, sing-a-long tonic that every household needs one!
I gave mine to my cousins when visiting Abu Dhabi and NEEDED to replace it. Sadly, I was involved in a seller's (British!) scam and it never arrived but Pay Pal were superb and very quickly refunded my money.
I now have my replacement DVD and when it's rainy and grey, the azure blue sky and waters of the Greek Island along with the Abba soundtrack always make me feel great. Thank you for the music and the story.

The cast are terrific, throwing themselves whole-heartedly into their roles and gamely doing all their own singing. Streep is fabulous as Donna and Brosnan, Firth and Skarsgard are perfectly cast as the three different men, even if their singing isn't quite up to Streep's standard (Brosnan, in particular, just belts his songs out as if he's singing karaoke in a particularly rowdy bar).

However, the real surprise is Seyfried (Mean Girls), who's sensational as Sophie and really carries the film. In addition, she has genuine chemistry with Cooper and also has a terrific singing voice (stick around for her version of Thank You For The Music, sung over the end credits).

i bought this for my wife and she loves every second of it,she even sings all the songs from the film and she finds it very funny.also she watches it every other day.......brilliant film

I loved this movie, just a great all round feel good factor to it. Meryl Streep is awesome and I really loved the characters and it is great to dance and sing along too:o) x
