The Magnificent Seven (DVD 2001)

a classic of a film very good story and great actors,dont make them like they used to thats for sure. its a film you would never get bored of.

One of the classic western movies of all time,it launched the careers of some of the bigest names in hollywood movie history. A slick plot and great directing make this a must have movie.

My all time favourite western-watched a few westerns films but I dont think anything beats it.Modern classic taken on the Seven Samuria

This is a classic.
It is, in my opinion, the best western ever made.
There are a lot to choose from and it only just pushes True Grit into second place.
Even if I am wrong it has to be said that it is almost certainly the most iconic.
The theme tune is, in itself, completely memorable and recognisable by almost anyone. Even those who have not seen the film.
Yul Brinner as the leader of the group is superb and is joined by excellent preformances from the rest of the cast.
It is a bit of a boys movie but is truly one of the greats and a must see for anyone who likes westerns.
It is also the first movie I stayed up late to watch with my dad as a boy.
So, it will always be a special film for me.
Watch and enjoy.
