This is a great low to medium impact routine. Lucy and her trainer gradually introduce new steps and then build them into one big routine at the end. Don't worry about getting it wrong, Lucy gets it wrong too ! The emphesis is more on dance steps than aerobic steps. If you are wanting a higher impact workout to really burn some calories, this isn't for you but it is a fun way to be more active
