Some great songs and some of his enduring classics. This is Loudon at his most folky / Jokey best. If you have never listened to him before this would be a good album to start with. Also a must for any fan.

As a teenager I used to listen to a Loudon cassette my mother had on a regular basis in her car. I have not heard much more from or about him since. When searching for something else I noticed the above album was on special offer and thought it was about time LWIII was added to my record collection.
It would be unfair to compare the above albums with other works of his as I am not familiar with them, but what I can do is describe these ones.
T-SHIRT is very retrospective of mid seventies America. It is fun, but with very pertinent undertones of how life was for some people then.
The more recent FINAL EXAM shows LWIII still in his personally developed style but with a more serious maturity in a lot of his lyrics. Still enjoyable, but takes a little longer to dissolve on the ears! BG
