The first form a great band

Don't let the first 2 mainstream songs on the album fool you, this is a lot heavier than those or the songs that followed on the 'Start something' Album. Fake sound of progree and Shinobi Vs dragon ninja were great songs, still are, but the rest of the album is what I like most, Ian Watkins (lead vocals) has always been inspired by heavier bands and this has shown though on the rest of the album, a top 100 metal album, a must own. Hear one of the greatest welsh bands around, now only rivaled in my opinion my Bullet for my Valentine.

I bought this for my brother, and from what he says it is a very well rounded album, the singles that came off it are amazing, and he says teh others a well up to standard as well. All round a good album, and one for the collection.

Lost phropets fake sound of progress
Review created: 02/10/08

I like the second track which the album has been named after but the rest of the tracks are no where near as good. I Bought the album and put it in my cd player in the car and let it play until the end and, apart from track 2, the other songs were not as catchy or enjoyable.
Still recomend it for the one song but it may work out cheaper to buy the song on its own

  BEWARE!

If you, like I was, are after the 2000 (original) addition of this album, then make sure you confirm the listing with the seller before bidding. Three out of four listings I investigated, including one I actually purchased, were listed as the 2000 edition mistakenly due to an error in the smart listing of this product. So be careful and confirm which edition it is before you bid.

i first bought this album when it first came out and fell in love with it then. it was so raw, passionate, aggressive and welsh. the remastered version really isn't worth bothering with. the prophets should've left the production on this album well alone

only for the 16 track version

with this being the debut album of the now famous band it has shown great passion into each song written and the quality never faulters from the songs that were not even had videos to like that of shinobi v.s. dragon ninja, the fake sound of progress. also with its orignal version were even the snippets that are now merged with some of the songs were critically made with insentives to enlighten even the most avid nu-metal fan to learn new aspects and takes on what makes a band. highly recomneded and is now practically a collecters item due to the rarity (note when i bought this on ebay the seller had the 11 track version only)
