The Lost Boys (DVD 1998)

When i was younger, i used to be scared of watching this film. but when i did finally watch it all, i thought it was an amazing film, easily one of keifer's best, and nothing has, and probably will, change that.

The music also plays an important part in the film, as it sets the mood and atmosphere up perfectly. Not only that, but i would say the cast is perfect, and some of the lines said in this film are so funny, it can make your side hurt.

If you haven't seen this, or have, get it on dvd, or even vhs, as long as you get it, you won't be missing out on one of the best, and my favourite, films around!

I ALWAYS LIKED THIS FILM,GOOD OLD VAMP PIC, WITH A GOOD CAST, AND GOOD MUSIC SCORE,SO WHEN IT CAME OUT ON BLURAY I JUST HAD TO GET IT, IT IS SO MUCH MORE CLEARER AND WITH A GOOD SURROUND SYSTEM THE MUSIC SCORE IS MUCH BETTER SO ALL IN ALL A GOOD ALL ROUND VAMP PIC ENHANCED BY BLURAY WORTH BUYING

The old ones are the best !
A great film if you don't like things too scary. Good acting and a simple plot to follow.
It is dated compared to modern vampire films but still one to watch.
Highly recommed !

love this film and its never seems to be on TV or if so missed it so decided to get dvd so i can it over at any time . enjoy vampire films now so its lovely to have the old classic that started off the new wave of films and series that are about now

This was a really good film, I've seen it many times over the years and my old dvd had worn out! lol. This is such a funny light hearted film with some really good actors

I am updating most of my old video collection to DVD so I was ecstatic to find this film. If you watch this in widescreen format & with surround sound, it really does the film justic. Its stars Kiefer Sutherland & Jason Patric before they fell out after the julia Roberts thing!
For a film made in the 90s it really is an old school vampire cult film. Brilliant...a must see.

Film, is fantastic, Great actors and great sense of vampire adventure. I had it on video, but watching it now on dvd is much clearer.

THIS IS A TOP CLASS FILM. TYPICAL JOEL SCHUMACHER ( TOP GUN, DAYS OF THUNDER, ARMAGEDDON ) IT IS CHEESE-ON-A-STICK BUT THATS WHAT MAKES IT GREAT. SIT BACK, SWITCH OFF YOUR BRAIN AND ENJOY A CLASSIC FILM.

THE SOUNDTRACK IS GREAT TOO. I RECOMMEND BUYING A COPY.

This was a great film and kept me entertaind thouh out the whole time i was viewing it. great film and quality recording.

I still enjoy this classic vampire movie, after all the rubbish that hollywood has been putting out recently it was good to see some good old fashion vampire stuff!

if you have never seen the movie where have you been, this fresh take on the traditional vampire charichter was the turning point making vampires cool, the first real crack at makeing the viewer wont to be the vampire reather that the so called heroic slayer. it will not disapoint if your a vampire fan.

I love this film soooooo much, i first seen it when i was only 11 ten years ago. it has remained one of my favourite films of all time. great for a nyt in love it, recommended. xx

good film had it on vhs , but it was showing its age, so now got it on dvd, also like the new film lost boys the tribe , but can not aford it at the moment. will wait till it comes to the uk

this film is a cult classic and puts a new look on vampires,with a dark humor.
i would recomend this film but it is a film from 1987 so the graphics are not the best.still a great little film for a night in with a loved one.
