I've had and used one of these for about a year for online first person shooter games with windows XP. The mouse is amazing with no problems what so ever. You can change sensitivity in game e.g. if your sniping long range then you can change to ultra low sensitivity and then back again.
I've tried to install this mouse on Vista and i've had loads of problems. If your happy with the factory sensitivity settings then your fine but i can't enable the full potential of the mouse and i'm an experienced computer user.
Even with all the heaviest weights in there isn't much difference to the feeling of the mouse. I think they're just for showing off really!
