Logitech Cordless EX 110 Keyboard and Mouse

My original keyboard before i purchased this had those keys that you press and they don't seem to have clicked in. The mouse was low resolution (cursor tracking was inaccurate) and it wasn't very productive.
I searched for a wireless keyboard and mouse combi and came across this. Immediately the design of the device intrigued me as i require a certain level of design sophistication. The keyboard is battery powered as with most wireless technology.
The mouse is somewhat simple with the generic left/right clicks and middle click and scroll. Although i prefer side buttons the mouse is accurate and even with a 37" computer screen, the tracking and scrolling of the cursor are both accurate and smooth. Both great for gaming, production (e.g. graphic design) and generic use. The shape is comfortable and appropriate for various use of different hands shapes. When using a new batteries the software enables your computer system to monitor them and tells you when they are running low which is great as my previous mouse would just die half way through many things, and this one lets me know so i can prepare to change them. It also takes a long time for the batteries to deplete which is also efficient. The only thing i dislike even the slightest is the sould the middle scrolling button makes when scrolling which is like a hard clicking sound, but no point being too fussy.
The keyboard is designed very well and the thing i love most about it has to be the soft comfortable keys that when pushed just smoothly spunge down without a clicking sound that is too loud. The button layout is exactly the same as most keyboards except for the middle arrow keys that are position slight more sophisticatedly to make design work better along with use. The Home, End, Page Up/Down and Delete buttons are positioned also in a similar fashion, again perfect for me.
The keyboard also includes additional functionality, including both quick access buttons (e.g. Close, Back, Mail, Internet Home, Calculator, Sound buttons and Music/Movie playback buttons) and Multi-assigned Function Buttons e.g. F1, F2 etc. The Function buttons double up as Microsoft Office program launch buttons e.g. open Word or Excel, undo/redo buttons, quick print/save, and even 4 buttons for you to program at your desire. For example i programed in seconds my buttons to open My Documents, iTunes, Control Panel and Task Manager, but you can open anything from programs, keyboard actions (e.g. Ctrl-Alt-Delete or Ctrl-C for copy and CTRL-V for paste), and even open any webpage, like all those Facebook fans. You might be wondering how can you use the Function buttons (e.g. F1, F2, F3 etc.) with other functions; well you have a buttons that switches the functions of the function buttons to your assigned buttons. And remember if the button shows an envelope button it doesn't mean you are forced to use it as a MS OutLook function, i reassigned mines to open my Hotmail account. All this assigning is done very easily through the included software CD that includes the function to check you battery levels for both the keyboard and mouse.
Overall the device itself is not a super high-tech million buttoned machine that certain keyboards are (e.g. gaming keyboards and mice) and it is also not a simple minimal buttoned device. It packs in both advance functionality with simple design structure fit for anyones fingers and hands. And with a cool receiver that has nice green lights.
Definitely recommended.
