MY HUSBAND BROUGHT THIS FOR ME FOR CHRISTMAS. WE NEVER KNEW THEY HAD PUT IT ONTO DISC. WHEN IT WAS ON TELE WE RECORDED THE WHOLE LOT, (WHICH WE STILL HAVE). HAV'NT WATCHED ALL OF IT, BUT WHAT WE HAVE IS FABULOUS! WHAT BETTER PRESENT IS THERE.

If you're into 80's music, you'll really love this DVD. Took me back to exactly where I was when I watched this gig live on TV. Excellent quality. BUY IT !

If you like concerts, nothing can beat this !!!! It was the once in a life time event, and although tried to be repeated, nothing will ever be as good as this one ! In one word FANTASTIC !!!

On watching snippets of the 1984 Live Aid concert on the TV I was reminded of what a great event it was. On checking out whether it was possible to get all of the concert on DVD I was delighted to find the Live Aid (DVD 2004). After doing some homework I managed to get it best price from ebay and in perfct condition. I expect to spend many happy hours watching and listening to the content, which will take me back and remind of what I was up to at the time. Overall a great buy!

I am to young to remember this but not to young to apreciate it.
For anyone that simply loves music... you will love this DVD! A moment in music history that should never be forgotten. The way people such as Freddy Mecury get the whole crowd singing along is excellent and very powerful.
A top choice DVD.

Back in 1985 just after Live Aid, I tried to obtain a copy of the Event on VHS and was amazed to find that Bob Gelgof had put an all-time stop on it ever being released, thanks to that alot of the Recordings have been either Lost or Destroyed over the Decades.
And so when they at long last changed there minds about releasing it, a lot of the Event is now Missing!, - actually it was only Luck that they found what they have, but I'm glad to say that it still makes for a fantastic Show and a must have for the Collection.

I have always wanted to buy Live Aid and thought the advert for this particular sale was well documented and also a reasonable price. I am a huge Queen fan and this is wear they stole the show. This DVD and overall event is a major piece of music history. It is something that I have always watched at a friends house and also thought it was about time I got my own copy.

Bought this for my husband's birthday as a surprise - he'd been looking for a copy of the 1985 Live Aid Concert - I told him it wasn't available but bought it for him through ebay!
EVERYONE who appreciates nostalgia, good music and is passionate about these type of events should own this DVD.
