Live 8 (DVD)

Service was good when I bought the DVD and had a quick reply when I e-mailed to check on dispatch, no problems!

DVD was a limited edition which I wanted to buy for my daughter, it was difficult to find an almost mint copy, except on E-BAY. I had bought before and was confident about the process however it was very close to Xmas and I wanted it as a present.The chap I bought it from was brilliant as he trusted me to send the cheque and didn't wait for it to clear, and the goods arrived Xmas eve. I bought this album because I like to watch concerts and I miss them on TV that great day.
I am very happy with this album because I saw the PINKFLOYD playing together again and hand to hand to thanks those who was watching them.
This album have great quality of picture and sound and interest interviews as well and all in all this is a good DVD-nice box and presentation, that is brilliant to have to remind yourself of the legendary acts-Pink Floyd, the Who, Sting, REM, U2, Paul McCartney, Madonna, Robbie Williams and more.

I cannot say what is wrong dislike in this album, but I believe that the best acts only are recorded from the concerts take part,due I did not was lucky to be present in this great day of concert.

The reviews I had read of others says that the album is not contain the full concerts of that day.

I bought this DVD from E-Bay due cheaper price and always found good quality what I purchase,Thanks to E-Bay.

i was there and it was just to see pink floyd what a day and night great concert so this dvd is must for me coldplay were good paul mccartney was ok the whole concert was to good to miss any 1 who hasnt saw it dont no what their missing

brilliant i loved live 8 when it was on tv so i just had to buy the dvd, i am a charitable person and like to donate, this dvd really hellped the poverty to get money, BRILLAINT *****

There are now so many sealed copies of this box set for sale on e.bay that you should easily be able to pick yourself up a copy for only a few pounds... I actually paid the pricely sum of £1.28 for mine. Still in it's cellophane wrapping..
That wonderful observation aside, this box set is very enjoyable... Featuring everything from U2 - Paul McCartney - Coldplay - Richard Ashcroft - Robbie Williams - Madonna - and the piece de resistance, the reformed original Pink Floyd line up doing a blistering set... The bonus material is also pleasing, featuring amongst other things the Floyds rehearsal session.. The four discs feature over 10 hours of music, and comes complete with a good informative full colour booklet...
I'd certainly recommend this fine collection.. It's a lot more upbeat than the first set from 1985, and at the bargain prices mentioned you could easily be bagging yourself a worthwhile bargain....

I decided to buy this DVD because of my private collection, and also because of Madonna. She performed live "Like a Prayer" and this was the only way to get it.
Actually there are no official releases for this live song.
I wanted to enjoy the event, but because of my job was impossible.
By watching the DVDs I really felt deeply shooted inside because of nowaday world's situation in the question of Africa and misery.
As printed on the DVD, it's true that from one side of the table there are the BIGS of the globe, and on the other only a child dying for hungry.
What to say more? There are no words to "tell" what the eye can see and the heart can feel.

The quality is the best with DTS and so on.
The service was ultrafast and really professional.
I was surprised honestly about how fast was the seller.

The item was as described, no problems and I got what I expected a real bargain buy. Compared to other similar items this was by far the cheapest, postal charges were reasonable and it did not take long from my actual paypal payment being made to the time of delivery. I would have no problems in using this particular e-bayer again.

i brought this dvd as i rember watching it on tv and thought it was a phonimall concert i love the fact that robbie williams was on it as i am a huge fan and also many other great artist!!

Bought for my husband. Could not find it in any shop. On the internet shops, it was permanently out of stock. He has thoroughly enjoyed watching and listening to this. It's great watching some of the more famous artists eg: Madonna, Will Smith, Bob Geldof etc. However, we found there were quite a few "unknowns" who were sadly lacking in entertainment value. Overall, a great buy.

I watched most of it on TV and wanted a record of it to keep,also my favourite band was playing at the event.The item was still sealed and also was cheaper than most places I had tried beforehand.

i love how cheap it was and its just amazing what a concert!!!i thought i would buy it because i really wanted to see it again there were some great artists playing
