When this arrived I was a littled bit shocked at how small it was. It was, however reassuringly heavy. My last camera was 1.3 mp video/still camera, (a shade last century).
I had a quick glance at the manual and so to battle. At 8 mp the pics are stunning. having both optical and digital zoom offer more control than I was used to with a camera, yet it was easy to use. The face detection option is brilliant, as is the macro feature. There are many options on this I have yet to use, but I'm confident that they will be as advertised.
I only purchased this because I didnt have a decent camera, well now I have an excerlent camera and 2 pence change from £70. I'm Happy.
