I love this life series one and two watched in the 90s and over and over again on video this 10 story is good but they should have made more series origanaly as the show ended far to quickly but this life 10 is still worth watching.

) Good to see the group back together, starts off very fast - probably would be better as a two part special so more of what's gone on the past 10 years can be crammed in. Essential if you followed the series back in the 90s. Good soundtrack to the show too.

I missed this special when it was on TV originally, and after recently buying and watching the original 2 series,(which were fantastic) I was left wanting more.
It is a decent catch up, but to be honest it left me wanting more again. I thought this would bring a decent ending to a brilliant programme. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. It was great seeing all the characters, almost like catching up with old friends, but in the end you almost feel like asking why did they bother!!
It would have been really nice to have seen some of the supporting characters from the original, and to see what had happened to them as well.
Maybe if there's a This Life + 20 it might be a bit more interesting.

) Like me I suspect most people who are thinking of buying this have already seen it when it was on BBC2.
But if you haven't seen it what you need to know is that its ok, has some great moments but never hits the height of the series (but then we never expected it to anyway)
Disappointed with the lack of extras on the DVD you get the programme and nothing else.

) I loved This Life when it was on TV in the nineties. A group of young lawyers who lived in a big posh house and partied hard. I bought series one and two on e bay some time ago and have just finished watching them. I watched This Life + 10 on the TV last year and really enjoyed it. Since finishing the original series I wanted to catch up on the plus + TV one off. The charachters were just as funny / serious as the the first time around. I would recommend this DVD to anyone. Excellent
