
Mean Routine

I affectionately call this my mean routine. I have the charlie brooks (same trainer)dvd which i had been doing for about 9 months and thought I could do with a change and something a little faster - Its certainly that let me tell you. My first workout left me a overwhelmed and near the point of a heart attack. I thought this was not the dvd for me and that I would never be able to keep up nor get the moves. Then I remembered when I first started my other dvd and thought I would never get the hang of it, so I persevered, I have done it altogether 3 times now and I LOVE IT, and can do all of the steps, no problem. It is faster, so you warm up in 1-2 minutes but it is very dance orientated so it really doesnt feel like you are exercising. There is a warm up section about 10mins, then 2 x 15 min workouts then a section where you get to lie down and put your body in to all sorts of wonderful positions. The 15min sections seem to go really quickly as she breaks them up into 3 x 5 minute sections so the moves are always changing and it doesnt seem too repetative. Overall I find this dvd really good fun.
