anything for some peace and quiet...
) Six year old daughter had seen it and wanted it... quick check on eBay, good price, so why not, keeps her quiet for a couple of hours and is actually good family film.

) Fantastic family film, really lovely to sit down to in the afternoon.
Shameless product placement from Intel though!
I enjoyed the original Kuttner story more but the books are always better than the film.
But well worth a watch.

A good family movieWe all liked the movie and my children have watched again since. It's made up of sci-fi, magic & fantasy and links the past, present and future through a time travelling object(don't want to give the storyline away too much). The idea and story are very different to anything i've watched before. It is based on a book and the writer, lewis padgett, obviously has a good imagination. It's worth a watch.
