Lady And The Tramp (DVD)

An absolute classic of Disney magic, overflowing with wonderful four-legged characters and great songs. The Siamese cats nearly steal the show!

This never reached me so I find it hard to comment. Unfortunately I have been too busy to follow it up - this has never happened to me before when I have shopped on eBay so I didn't immediately know what to do.

*I like this film as I am a great fan of Disney and this is one of the most well known classics! I like the way this film is in a sense made in such a way, that it is almost believable! I decided to buy it as I am a fan of Disney and collect the films, especially the classics!*

A wonderful old classic, perfect viewing for the whole family from my 3 year old up to the grandparents. Charming, gentle and wholesome!

I decided to buy this DVD because of the gentle caring story, which I thought would be good for my 2 young children. I really enjoy this story, which is mainly about friendships. There is nothing to disclike about this story

This absolutely fabulous Disney classic was created way before the special effects and enhanced graphics of today's cartoons, but it stands the test of time as though it were created yesterday. Every frame is superlative and the dogs have strong and loveable characters that endear them to children and adults alike. The main song "He's a Tramp", sung by Peggy Lee, is an all-time great. I bought this for my new grandaughter (just five months)who watched it avidly alongside her mother and me - three generations all enjoying one film!
Every home with children should definitely have this DVD!

My little girl really enjoyed this film. Decided 2 buy it cos she enjoys all disney films especially the classics.

Still an excellent and lovely film after all these years. My 2 year old daughter loves this film and makes us watch it everyday and it still doesn't get boring.

yea great, like i've seen it a billion times but the kids love it, it keeps them quiet for a few hours so i can get on with doing stuff far more interesting than watching a stupid film about 2 dogs that get into some unbelievable situations that can only come from the imagination of some stupid animator/story writer that gets payed far too much. Good film though. 5 big bright gold stars from me

Just as good a film as I always remember it being. Am so delighted to now own it on DVD and be able to share it with my daughter. She already loves it too! Fab songs, great classic moments - fab!

This movie is one of those movies that gives me shivers whenever I watch it. Throughout my childhood, it was often on my television along with Snow White. It's one of the movies that I remember wee things about (like the newspaper at the beginning) before the large plot points, because they're the things that have stuck in my head.
The DVD release has plenty of special features, including a feature about how the siamese cat song came to be, interactive games, and deleted scenes. It would have been a bit better with slightly more in the way of backstage things but in a way you cant expect too much when it comes to that because they can only give you what they have got. It's a shame a lot of Classic Disney stuff will have been lost, or thrown out. I guess the people who threw it out didn't know just how big these movies would become!
The movie itself is the same old Lady and the tramp. No weird and out of place added stuff (Lion King..ahem), which is nice. Added things should stay in the Special Features menu! The quality, whilst better than the old VHS version isn't as good as the newer Disney re-masters. Hopefully when it is re-released it will be on Blu-Ray, so we can see it in it's full beauty.

Overall, I chose good for this movie because it is a fantastic movie, a true classic, but I feel the DVD could have had more to offer, including Special Features and perhaps a slightly better remaster.

Great DVD! Exactly as I remember it. The delivery was quick, payment smooth and as its impossible to find in stores the price is high but is it worth it to you??

They Are 4 And 1 1/2 And They Are Glued To The Television When This Film Is Put On And They Love All The Characters In It!

If you love animals and disney this is the DVD for you! A story of how opposites can attract, even in the animal world. Lady is a beautiful pure breed Spaniel, very much loved by her owners that is until they have a baby and lady starts to feel put out and neglected. During these times she meets Tramp, a scruffy stray who lives by his own rules. Together they learn a lot about the other side of life, lady learns how to be street wise and how to have fun, whilst tramp learns that having bonds and being cared for can be a good thing too! A Lovely story of Puppy love!
