Well, i wanted to see what this whole 3G thing was all about on 3. So i started off simple and got an LG U8180, which i found fantastic, it's the best phone i had, Very reliable and user friendly with many good features overall. I had that around a year and decided i wanted more, so got a Motorola V3x. BIG MISTAKE - Poor Battery Life, the camera was not to my satisfactory and the blutooth decided to choose it's own speed. I had that a meeer 4 Months. Being now Loyal to the LG Brand the LG U400 came my way, i love it, excellent music features, the camera is outstanding with all sorted of different effects and settings to play with.The bluetooth is very reliable also. The scroll wheel makes acces to all the menu's very easy. I also find this phone extremly friendly in being able to personalise every little detail right down to the image of when you're making a call. An excellent phone in which i would recomend to anyone wanting to purchase their first 3G Mobile or to urgrade their current handset.

looks great, loads of features to play with and also dj option which is extremely funny :), music player is simple and quite handy. loads of different settings when taking pictures, also allows you to take pictures up to 1600 resolution which is amazing for a phone. and all around brill, ive had mine for about 5 months now and havent gotten bored of it yet!! u`ll love it.

this phone is jam packed full of features, its extremely easy to use (similar to nokia). the only thing i don't like about this phone is the camera flash, its not terribly good, despite being extremely bright.
i decided to buy this phone as there aren;t many phones out there with 3g capability which i like and none that contain the same features as this!

i have recently just purshased the lg u400 mobile phone i think this phone has a quite a unique desgin which i love the camera isint too bad either so all round i think this is a good phone i just dislike the dj function think it is quite pointless as cant fiqure out how to use it even after reading the instructions.

NOT THE BEST PHONE IVE HAD TO BE HONEST. VERY FIDDLY TO USE. LOOKS QUITE GOOD THOUGH! SOUND QUALITY IS VERY GOOD.THE BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE BEGINS TO WARE OUT AFTER A BIT. IT CAN ALSO BE QUITE SLOW AT TIMES!

I noticed this phone as it looked funky and in a good state.As I needed phone for my son I thought this is the one he would like, and he loves this phone.Also the price was acceptable. Delivery was quick too, so I am pleased with the purchase.

i have been looking for the lg u400 for a very long time on here, as i am a three customer i can only have a phone locked to three, and found out the lg u400 was designed as a three phone and i thought was a stylish but simple design and looked fun and easy to use. i feel that they are quite slow and some bottoms could be removed, or change of display and issues such as these but overall a good phone, and i would say to buy if you are either a teenager looking for a fun phone, or even a adult for an easy phone.

this phone was a good phone in terms of using the handset as i had one befor that's why i decided to bid on this phone.

i bought it to just see the size of the phone as iv never seen this in the shops but it is a lot larger then i thought and if it was as small as the impression i got by the picture i would have bought a working one just to keep in the car as a spare. i cant say how good they are as mine didnt work.

I bought this phone because I wanted an upto date phone on the 3 network at a reasonable price. I love the look and weight of the phone. The way the menus are displayed are very modern and easy to operate. There is nothing really to dislike about this phone.

I bought this phone because I was having problems with my Sony Ericsson K660i and what attracted me was the brand, the features, the experience of using the sister phones and the talk time.
Overall I love this phone and I am really pleased I got it! It does what it's supposed to do and I think LG have made a really good model.
There are a few tiny problems with it (which phone doesn't have them):
The clock is not keeping time (even with the battery charged fully) and I have to keep adjusting it.
The DJ part is OK, but nothing to write home about and the wheel is not 100% accurate, but works.
I love this phone and will recommend this phone to anyone who wants something that works properly without giving any trouble.

i didn't like my phone as the screen had stopped lighting up, i'd had a u400 before and loved it but my house was robbed and they took my lg, as my contract isn't up till jan 09 i decided to look on ebay and hey presto - my favourite phone was for sale and so i had 2 buy it.
