Just the best mobile I have owned so far out of about 8! Excellent reception at home - bad area. Easy to use and multi function. Good photos.

this phone is really great, i got this for 62 pounds only!!! (and its touch screen), every things is perfect on this phone, but lets compared to the iphone (remember this is 500 quid). the teach screen is less responsive than the iphone but its fine with the stylus pen. less memory, but you can get micro SD for 12 pounds do increase to 4gb and for £20-£30 you can increase it to 8gb, and 8 gb is all ur gona need for ur music, vids

love the touch screen... easy to use despite what some people might say!

can be a little annoying if you don't lock the screen using the side button... if touched in a bag for example it can call others etc by accident, but if you lock the screen then no problems.

would recommend... but buy on ebay [not new from the shop like carphone warehouse] as you can save a lot of money especially if you are on orange like my self!

I have had one of these phones before but I got it stolen, and was never seen again. Been looking on the internet for one, and this phone is just incredible for ecerything. email,texts calls everything a mobile phone would do, but with so much ease. Not complicated at all.

I ADVISE ANYONE THAT IS BUYING ONE OF THESE PHONES TO GET A REALLY GOOD PHONE COVER PROTECTOR, BECAUSE THEY HAVE A TOUCH SCREEN WHICH IS VERY DELICATE. FOR EXAMPLE YOU SIT ON THE SETTEE AND THE PHONE IS IN YOU BACK POCKET. ALL YOU WILL HERE IS CCCCCCCRUUUUUNNNCCCCHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!......THERE GOES THE SCREEN!!!!. The phone is very easy to use. I managed to get the hang of it in less than an hour. When you plug it in to the computer it is a bit confusing, i have managed to put some things on though. The camera and video is very good with the high mega pixel standard. The mode you want it to be in i.e silent mode, is very good because you can turn things on and off. over all the phone is really good!

I have never owned any LG product before, let alone a mobile phone. So I was a tad apprehensive when I purchased the touch screen ‘Cookie’ KP500 mobile the other day. I shouldn’t have worried because it’s probably (so far!) the best mobile phone I’ve ever owned.
When I say ‘It’s the future’I am of course referring to its design, namely, keyless (well almost) large touch screen cell phone, as opposed to (what seems to me in a very short time), the more common, dare I say, obsolete? Standard 12 key phones which we have all owned at one time or another. I believe that quite soon all mobile phones will be of this touch screen ‘keyless’ design as they are so versatile.
Back to the actual phone, the KP500 is (for the money i.e., cheap) probably the most advanced mobile you can currently get at any price. There have been a few bad reviews on the LG Cookie concerning the sound cutting out mid-conversation but as yet I have not experienced that problem.
The menu system is like nothing like I’ve ever experienced before and I’m still not too sure how to do a few things, but being a touch screen phone its very intuitive and it didn’t take me long to get the mobile up and running and I’ve not really looked at the manual yet!.
To conclude, I cannot possibly comment on all its advanced features, as it would take ages, I’m just going to say this, if you are on the lookout for a new mobile and want something different, easy to use and looks like it cost a lot more than you paid for it, get the KP500. I got mine from the Car Phone Warehouse as it was the cheapest I could find. Go for the cheapest (pay as u go tariff) phone which at the time for me was on Orange, as most if not all CFW mobiles are supplied unlocked and unbranded but please don’t take my word for it, ask the staff to confirm before you buy. It takes a Micro SD card up to 8GB capacity, which is huge! Don’t buy the card at CFW as they are cheaper online.

really great phone, very easy to use on touch screen even with big fingers its an all round excellent piece of equiptment and its got the looks as a bonus

its nothing like its new baby sister the Arena but for a reasonably priced phone with all the usual bits plus a few extras this is a no nonsense phone...I get through phones no end and i do like this model...its not gonna light your fire if your big on techno wizardry but it gets the job done to a level most everyday users need. would recommend it to all "normal" users who don't need a phone to run their lives for them ..try it is a good model

i liked the actual phone itself and loved mostly everything, apart from the fact it was white when the title said black :( :) i decided to buy the phone because it was a bargain and is a cool phone to have. :P :P x.
