The Camera came complete with box and booklet of instructions, however the instructions were not very easy to understand for someone who is a complete novice when it comes to camera technology. The camera takes okay pictures but not brilliant. I don't think David Bailey would think much of it, but for a first time user the picture quality is acceptable, and it is ok for taking pictures of items for sale on Ebay which is what I needed it mostly for
