after paying for the g4 and recieving it i was horrified to find the cable broke and taped ! the bag would not fit properly due to a bent exhaust neck so the machine would not start !the seller states that the g4 would turn off on its own and his wife got fed up with it so he repaired the wireing!!! but assures me he down a proffesional job !!!
The machine stank and was clogged with dog hairs and all this from a sellar with 100% feedback and 345 deals !!!!!
after a week of trying to get a refund due to misadvertising he has resorted to phoning me at 23.04 and shouting abuse.
now he wants to rfund but not all the money i have to loose £24.41 while he breaks even....and what have e-bay down....sweet fa....what have paypal .
done ....nothing at all.A word of warning THE SELLER INTENDS TO RELIST THE ITEM WHEN HE GETS IT BACK LOCATION I.D "BEAUTIFULL SUFFOLK" WATCH OUT FOR THAT IN THE ITEM LOCATION..........

Seller would not reply to emails asking for details of name and address in order to pay for item, despite indicating that payment by cheque was acceptable.
After a month had elapsed he came up with the excuse that the item had been stolen, despite the fact that he had had my cheque for some 12 days.
I now have a negative feedback against me with a very enigmatic comment.

Purchased the kirby which seemed a good deal however when my husband picked it up it was in far poorer condition than it was sold as, we did however decide to go ahead and buy it and the seller did agree to a lesser price, we used the kirby for about three weeks and it just all of a sudden gave up the ghost and died it seemes that the motor had gone, so what had seemed like a reasonable buy at the time has turned into a complete waste mof money.

what an amazing piece of kit, bought it on a recommendation from a family member, she swears by it, i have to agree, by far the best vacuum cleaner we have ever owned, our dog moults a huge amount, it picks up his hair no problem at all. we've not tried all the other gadgets and gizmo's yet.

The two plastic hoovers I owned both gave up the ghost within a couple of weeks of each other both were just over 2 years old and £160 in total. So I decided to invert in a G4 Kirby, best thing I ever did, these machines are stong, reliable and easy to use, get one you won't be sorry just be careful of the the ebay advertisers some don't tell the whole truth.

This vacuum was bought second hand and over 10 years old but it is still the best vacuum I have ever had - it is heavy to move so an older person would struggle particulary upstairs - havent tried cleaner yet or may of the other bits but carpets are immaculate - bought it after a trial in the house and not wanting to pay £1200 for a NEW ONE !!!
