KILL BILL

After keeping a low profile for 5 years, Tarantino's back and it's like he's never been away. Kill Bill is his homage to everything he's ever loved about films and finds him paying tribute to kung-fu, spaghetti westerns, blacksploitation and much, much more.
Uma Thurman stars as The Bride, who was once a deadly assassin. When she wants to quit the life of a hired killer, her team members decided the only way she is ever going to leave is in a coffin. After attempting to kill her on her wedding day the Bride ends up in a coma for years, upon awakening she sets off the take her revenge on those that robbed her of her unborn child and years of her life.
Tarantino turns in probably the best film of his career so far and manages to elicit outstanding performances from his cast, including Uma who is vengeance personified as she dispatches anyone foolish enough to stand in her way.
