Kenwood ProTalk® TK-3201 Two Way Radio

These radios are not the cheapest by a long shot but what they are is absolute top quality. Rugged, no nonsense construction with compact dimensions for a professional quality radio. Nicely styled too and the performance is top class,excellent audio quality and superb range for a PMR radio with good battery life.
I use several of these now as a motorcycle instructor and can't fault them.

the first place to look was ebay .
Having found the right model and make ,it all came down to how old and what price.
The TK-3201 Kenwood fits the bill and as this model links up to my autocom Pro-rider system via a interface it all works very well.
The cover while riding has a lot to do with the weather and if the ground is flat or up in the mountains. The autocom system is linked to the Zumo Garmin as well so both work together as an idea package.
The Kenwood radio is fine and a better way to go than bluetooth because you don't need a mobile phone signal with the Kenwood Radio system.

it look better than the other radio,and also it easy to used.dislike is a bit difficult to set up the channel if u had other radio.

Great little item but illegal to use in the UK.
Frequeny 461Mhz should be 464 Mhz a shame really as I was hoping to play with my grandsons with them. Can't risk that.

radio is ok, was packed in a massive envelope, loose with no padding, the manual was missing, the side ear piece cover was missing, the earpiece locking cover was missing, the battery was not litium-ion as stated, seller was a retard and had no idea how to remove the battery to check (alledgedly) he managed to have the technical skills to remove the side cover and use an earpiece, but didnt know how to remove the battery????? yeah, and i am only 3 years old and have just a basic grasp of the english language! all this DESPITE being listed "as new" "used only twice". the radio battery had the date of receipt from original seller scratched into the back of it, so again clearly showing the battery had been removed before. very dissapointed with seller, might have been happier if some things out of his mouth were the truth for a change. despite contacting him and asking for the missing bits, he has now found it easier to completly ignore all of my consequent emails. please avoid buying from this person if you can, it seems he is a con artist who likes nothing more than to b.s people into buying from him. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was exactly what i was looking for the price was very fair. The product had hardly been used so was in great condition.

Think you will find they are legal in uk! So you can chat to your grand children! So nice radios nice and cheap and quality too.
