Bought this for my wife - and earned mucho brownie points for doing so, as she loves it :D
When first putting it all together, the connection between the jug and the base seems really vague - we had visions of it just falling off during operation.
Whilst this hasn't happened (it actually stays on very well), it was enough of a concern for me to only rate this as Good, not Excellent.
I'm sure it would be fine to walk away and leave it going - but we don't.
Seeing as how it's only on for a few seconds at a time, this is hardly a major issue though :)
Overall, a great product (especially if you have a red kitchen!), and we're very happy with it :D
