Not Kate's best but features some great tracks...

OK, this isn't known as being one of Kate's best albums. As a whole album, it is fairly weak. If you look at 'Hounds of Love' as a whole, it is a strong ablum. However, you need to pay attention to the individual songs in order to see this as a great album.
Sure it may seem a little long but radio-friendly tracks such as 'Rubberband Girl' and the title track stick in your mind.
The stand out track for me is the sublime 'Moments of Plasure' a gorgeous piano ballad reminiscent of the legendary 'This Womans Work' from The Sensual World and also 'A Coral Room' from Bush's latest masterpiece 'Aerial'.
Her vocal ability is outstanding and she shows off her range on the uplifting 'Top Of The City.
Her strong attention to the smallest musical detail is still apparent on this record and although it may not be her best, there are still some little gems on this.
Standouts:
Moments of Pleasure
The Red Shoes
Top Of The City
