Jordan - The Jordan Workout (DVD)

it is hard work but it is also good fun to do i dont buy workout dvds but this is so good as you see jordan doing it and she makes it fun and also when she shows you what diet she is on she is drinking it. i feel it is worth the money and would tell any of my friends to try the jordan workout

I have not received this and sent payment nearly a month ago. Their company email address was not working when I tried to chase it up. I eventually made contact and still have received no product or explanation as to why.
This was a birthday present for somebody so extra disapointing.

I really like this dvd because its fun fresh and gets me up in the morning dancing around the house. I had the dvd in the post within three working days no problems.
I really wanted this dvd but by the time i made my mind up it was to late to go shopping so I bought it on e-bay.
I only thing I didnt like was the dvd was a copy which it didnt say when I bought it, I have no problems with the copy and would have bought it anyway but would have liked to be told.

Really good workout if you wanna get active and keep up with fitness and it is a really good workout the instructor who Jordon hs is really good, and he got me motivated. as i just had a baby i foudi a really good thing to do, especially when i dont have time to go to gym, really fantastic.

This was good, not too hard and seemed to go quickly. The trainer in the video was good and not too annoying like some exercise dvds. Overall i quite enjoyed it and hopefully will stick with doing it!

Straight forward talking, body killing workout. Enjoyable and well worth getting, just make sure you complete the warm down properly or your body will hurt for abit!

Great dvd , really good, Hard working but worth it. Cool excersises. Katie and the trainer make it fun and bring humour into it. The trainer is very lively which is great as i have used excersise dvds before when they are very boring and serious. But his great and makes you not wanna give up. great dvd !

This DVD is great, It gives you a whole body excercise leaves you aching but great for toning up!!! I am getting fit already and I have been using it everyday for a week!

This dvd is definitely an all over work out I have parts of me aching everywhere, but hopefully the more I do it this will calm down, all I want is a flat tummy!! Can't afford for the rest of me to look like Jordan!
This is very easy to follow, and if you need to rest just rest and then pick up when you are ready. It felt like it lasted for ages the first time, but in fact is just the perfect length.
We shall see!!!!

I wanted an easy quick workout DVD to be tone up my body after having 3 children just like Jordan has already 3 children. I can choose which workout to do and alternate different workouts depending on which workout I need or want to do that particular day.

Can't help it but I have been doing this work out dvd over a year. It has just the right balance of aerobic work out as well as resistance one. I purchased TAEBO few days ago and I found it so hard that it made me think that the JORDAN WORKOUT can not be that effective but still I couldn't move for 2 days after the first time I tried it! It feels easy but you'll feel it the next day. Plus it must have made my metabolism really fast cos I can whatever I want now whereas before I could not. My body just burns it...or maybe it is due to something else but I can not think of anything else that it could be due to.

To be honest I am trying to do TAEBO now as I have lost my JORDAN WORKOUT download when I had to have my PC wiped but it is very possible I will come back to it again. Even ones who are not fond of Jordan, bear in mind that it is not HER work out, the fitnes instructor devised it.

A dvd to get back in shape or just to get into shape if you didn't have it to start with in my case. Not to difficult to take part in and is fun aswel.

as a young mum who has just 11 weeks ago had a baby and cant get to the gym its a great workout i would highly reccommend it

Richard Callender is as gorgeous as ever!! you need to watch him and pretend Jordon isnt there!! good workout again if you follow Richard, as Jordon is so very wooden, and worried about her make up melting or how her Barbie clown looking outfits are arranged.

Worth getting as Richard is a very good instructor, being an instructor myself, and gives a good workout if you put 100% effort into it, unlike Jordon!! I have to say, you do have to giggle at her sometimes!!

Must say that Jordan Workout is great. Exercises are good for everyone. Easy to understand. Highly recommended.

THIS DVD IS THE BEST EXERCISE VIDEO I HAVE EVER USED, IT KEEPS ME COMEING BACK FOR MORE, AND THATS SAYING SOMETHING, AS MY JOB KEEPS ME ACTIVE FROM 6:00am IN THE MORNING TILL 3:00pm. I DO NOT GO HOME AND HAVE A SLEEP LIKE I USED TO, I HAVE A NEW FOUND ENERGY.

well, i only got a jordan dvd because i know she can only be so serious, and the dvd is a laugh, was jubious as to how well it would actually work for me until i had finished it. jordan wobbled as much as me and i did chuckle watching it. and the next day i was a def burn baby burn. i felt like a had been ran over. so it works. and if you own a juicer and blender there are juice diets at the end. my only complaint was that i bought a copy so quality was poor. so beware of scammers on ebay. kim.

I bought it as it was recommend by a friend but to be honest thought it wasn't very good although Jordan does look good in it its not realistic her trainer does all the hard work she barely moves i wouldn't recommend to anyone really if your after a workout dvd buy charle brookes

i love this it really works you can feel you body pulling in as you work out its great it really flattens your stomach and the healthy eating part at the end of your workout is great the diet plan is cheap healthy and tastes really nice if you want to stay healthy and get that good looking body you really want is will be great it has different steps of excersise from warming up to really get them muscles working it is great recommend to any one

I haven't exercised voluntarily for a couple of years, and this DVD was perfect. The trainer is friendly and offers easier alternatives to the exercises. I am really not a fan of Jordan but she wasn't too irritating once the introduction had gone, it was even quite amusing to watch her getting tired when I was! Would recommend for all levels of fitness, as there are different ways to do the DVD to get the right level of exercise for you.

i liked the workout it was good my body was acheing after though i decided to buy it because im getting married in july and wanted to tone up a bit for my big day.
