Description
This collection brings together a trio of films from the late, great John Hughes; master of the American teen flick. Matthew Broderick stars as the title character in FERRIS BUELLER'S DAY OFF, a film that exposes the lengths a teenage boy will go to in order to skip school. PRETTY IN PINK focuses on the trials and tribulations of Molly Ringwald's teenager and the love triangle that develops between her, the school's coolest guy (Andrew McCarthy), and her best friend (Jon Cryer). SOME KIND OF WONDERFUL is a gender-reversed retelling of PRETTY IN PINK and stars Eric Stoltz as the teen caught between the rival affections of the popular girl (Lea Thompson) and his friend (Mary Stuart Masterson).
