Jennifer Lopez - Brave (CD 2007)

It is rare when you buy a CD and like all the songs on it. This one is like that. A good one for JLo fans and as general R&B. Helps to have good speakers, as it is quite basy in places.

I mainly got this cd after hearing "Do It Well" but I did listen to the entire cd its average Jennifer Lopez if your a major fan you will find something on it to like on this cd there is a lot of sampling to boost her tracks some of which helps and some that does not that being said its a decent album.If you looking for a lot of fast beats they are not on here. What you will find are quite a few smooth tracks like(Gotta Be There, Never Gonna Give Up,The Way It Is, Be Mine, I Need Love, Wrong When You're Gone, and the title track Brave)that show Jennifer's singing style and have classic Jennifer Lopez appeal.

My favorites are: Do It Well, Gotta Be There, The Way It Is, Be Mine, and I Need Love.

Following her Spanish language album "Como Ama Una Myer" "Brave" is J. Lo's 6th studio album. Mixing pop, R & B, hip hop and elements of dance, the latino megastar delivers a glossy and sophisticated R & B album packed with catchy and commercial pop tunes. It's nothing more than modest music for mellow good times, but it's lively enough to be fleeting fun, with enough good tunes for a mild party, preferably one that's held at home. Recommended.

Got some cool tunes to sing/dance to, quite surprised as the last album wasnt upbeat enough for me! this ones great to sing to in the car/shower as your getting ready to go out. i would say 8 out of 10 .;-)

I saw a Jennifer Lopez couple of videos on music channels - and thought they are quite good, i liked the songs ... So i decided to get her new album - and actually, it's pretty good... i wasn't disappointed!

2007 saw the release of J.LO's 5th studio album and to be completely honest, it certainly isn't her best.
The album starts with many strong upbeat tracks including the singles 'Do It Well' & 'Hold It Don't Drop It' as well as 'Stay Together', 'Forever' & 'Gotta Be There' and the albums highlight 'Mile In These Shoes'. These are all very strong tracks on the album but after track 7, the rest seem pretty average compared to the others and just quite lame which is a shame as I'm a massive J.Lo fan.

I would definately recommend the first 6-7 tracks on the album but is it really worth purchasing an album for that many tracks, including 2 of them which have already been singles!!!
