Jay And Silent Bob Strike Back (DVD 2002)

Kevin Smiths's most famous creations 'Jay and Silent Bob' star in their own feature alongside a host of regulars and big name cameos - Will Ferrell being a stand-out. It is essentially a road movie as our heroes cross America to prevent a Hollywood movie being made using their likenesses.

This movie didn't strike a chord with me immediately, but on further viewings i've grown to like it more and more. A familiarity with the characters certainly helps and i recommend that you also check out some of Smith's other movies - most notably 'Clerks'.

This film has 5.1 Dolby Digital Sound and is presented in 2.35:1 Widescreen. Packed with special features, including a commentary from the stars, deleted scenes, gag reel, music videos and a behind the scenes featurette - this DVD has been put together extremely well.

This is a great film with lots of laugh's very much along the lines of dogma i can put this film down in any way

This is by far my favourite movie i have ever watched as no others compare. Jason mewes, kevin smith, ben affleck and jason lee are great. Not to mention chris rock bein as funny as f***. I dont think the movie is suitable for younger children but i watched it when i was 13 and it was wicked. If you love stoner jokes then this is the movie for you.

Simlpy one of the funniest films i have ever seen. If you are shocked by bad laugage this is not for. On top of that more famous actors than you can shake a stick at. Highly recomended.

This is a great movie, had me laughing the whole way through. If you like other Kevin Smith movies (Clerks, Clerks II, Mallrats, Dogma) You should get this!

This film is quality and funny from the start has great actors in it like ben affleck and Matt Damon and will have you crying with laughter great buy good delivery time.

this film was absolutly hilarious!! me and my partner had a right laugh watching this together! we have watched it over and over again! and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good night in!!

Irreverant stoner humour with much tipping of the hat to Lucasfilm. Don't expect your girlfriend to enjoy watching this last installment of the Kevin Smith series - it's silly, but I like it...

If you havent seen it its a very rude clever and very very funny film great for many laughs its a classic, And also the lst film you will ever see Jay and Silent Bob in together !!!!!!

depending on your taste in film or what you consider funny......... this film is simply brilliant, it is light hearted and easy to follow although if you are easily offended i wouldn't recommend it!
In short - Jay and Silent Bob decide to go on a journey to stop the production of a film that is based on characters or representations of themselves, on their journey they meet the usual suspects! - a group of female diamond thieves, a monkey and a few celebrities........ if you have seen and enjoyed other films such as mallrats, chasing amy and dogma you will definitely enjoy this one, there are plenty of extras as well, such as gag real, deleted scenes, behind the scenes and fantastic feature commentary with Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes (Jay and Silent Bob!)
In my book it is definitely a must see film.

For fans of the askewniverse, this jay and bob road movie is as essential a purchase as clerks.
The many cameo's and addition of will ferrell, not to mention some real heart (come on how can you not love jay and bob) lift this movie way above the standard american comedy.

I love this film. It is brilliant. It is somewhat crude to say the least, and is not recommended for those who dislike swearing, as the opening lines of the film are nothing but obscenities. It's a well structured film, not saying the plot is a credible one but hilarious nevertheless. I think I first watched it when I was 11 and still am not tired of it, I cry so much everytime I watch it. I suppose Bob's silence is frustrating as its Jay who should be the silent one but then it wouldn't be funny...hence SILENT Bob.

I would thoroughly recommend this film, but don't watch it around little kids as it would be a VERY BAD influence lol.

The only bad thing I could say is about the sending, the dvd being not put in a dvd box. I had no problem with mine, but it could be dangerous for the item.

This DVD was in excellent condition. I have been trying to get this DVD for months now and was pleased to not only get it but also getting it for the price I paid.
