Jack Johnson - Curious George (Original Soundtrack) [Digipak] (CD 2006)

My 3 year old son loves the 'Curious George' film and he specifially told me he liked the music. I therefore bought the CD and gave it to him for Christmas. It's been played non-stop since then - on my partner's Ipod! Very mellow music, not at all 'childish' as one might suspect and if we hadn't seen the film we'd never come across Jack Johnson. Highly recommended.

Stop for a while, can the work wait for a few minutes, can you live without your 'soap' for half an hour.. Take this wonderful album and step out of a busy life and curl up with a simple ' easy listening album' from Jack Geoprge. I first heard this music when i took my children to see the Film 'Curious George'. While its a fantastic film, the music make it a must see. Its not a album to rush, play the tracks in order - dont expect any drastic changes.. the tracks are all very mellow and when the CD ends.. you will feel years younger and totally free..

I fell inlove with Jack Johnsons voice and after seeing Curious George in cinema with the children I decided to buy the soundtrack. EBay is amazing you can find here just about anything. The downside is that somethimes you end up paying more :( I love the CD, but I did not love the fact that it was a freebie ...
The music is great and the words are beautiful... what I like about it most is that it has all the words, so that I can sing-along.
Even though it was not a baragain, it was a good buy!

A mellow, easy going disc. Leaves you feeling warm inside and full of smiles. A 'happy' choice for anyone just cruising along in their car. Absolutely recommend.

We got this because my youngest son is always watching Curious George and we loved the film sound track. Jack Johnsons music is so chilled and mellow this is a great cd!

jack johnson's most underated work ...lovely ballads,bouncy tunes and meaningful lyrics abound in this soundtrack album...it just grows and grows on you the more you listen to it .....wonderful...and great to listen to on long car journeys and quiet evenings relaxing indoors.

Love Jack Joshson in general, its his typical style.
Just a great chill out music for relax or doing work.

We actually already have this CD but i've purchased a second copy as a gift for my
daughters pre-school. They borrowed it from us recently and the children and staff all loved it! Its a bit of a chill out CD and one of my personal favourites

Lovely for both children and adults. Perfect for playing in the car on a long drive and singing along to.

Jack is the kind of chap who knows how to relax. This shows in his songwriting. The music and lyrics are about basic joys in life. Have a banana pancake and listen to Jack on a Sunday morning.

If you liked the film, you'll love this cd, if you love Jack Johnson, of course you will love it too, in a week i've purchased all his albums, I couldn't be more chilled!!!

i love this music it always reminds me of the summer great cd and would defo by again from the seller i will be looking for more jack johnson on ebay

This album features Jack Johnson and some of his record label mates,like Matt Costa and Ben Harper.There are some good tracks which would easily fit onto any of Jack`s best stuff,like Upside Down and People Watching,but songs like The 3R`s is irritating,and is repeated twice,with slight differences.So,overall,it is worth buying,even if Curious George is not as strong as other Johnson albums.Try On and On,and In Between Dreams,or better still give similar artists such as Xavier Rudd or Donavon Franfenreiter(yes,thats right)a listen.
