Jabra C820s Consumer Headphones

Although not as good as Bose phones they copy they do an excellent job and as at fraction of the Bose price they are a good buy.

These headphones have great noise canceling equivalent to bose qc2 which they are copied after. the sound quality is better without the noise canceling on though as bass and lower frequencies seem to suffer a bit with noise canceling on. even with noise canceling turned off, they block a lot of sound anyway as they cover the ears perfectly. great for traveling + listening to music at home but not best for work environment as they block out most sounds.

I ordered them on Sunday and they arrived Tuesday morning. You can't get much better than that for delivery. I tried them out on the television and without the noise cancellation turned on the sound quality was really good and they were really comfortable on my ears. However when the noise cancellation was turned on the difference was fantastic. Lots of top and bottom notes and the noise suppression was brilliant. I do have a cheap pair of Sony headphones but they hiss a lot when the noise suppression is turned on. I have never owned Bose as I can't afford the price but after reading reviews on the C820's I decided to see what they would be like. I bought 2 pairs as my wife and I are off down under in October and we need some comfort on the plane which is where these headphones should excel. One thing I really like about them is you can disconnect all the cables and leave the headphones on with noise suppression still working. I can't wait, it should be a really quiet flight.

I was looking for a quality headphone at a bargain price, by purchasing the Jabra separately from cables and case, then purchasing these separately has been a challenge, but everything is now working perfectly. The sound reducing headphones allow me to drift off into my own acoustic world without the distractions of the outside world. Although quite bulky compared to Sennheisers, they are ultra comfortable and the sound quality, even without the sound canceling turned on is excellent, whether listening to Radio 4 or ACDC they have a good acoustic response. I am very pleased with my purchase and am actually looking forward to my 12 hour flight to the USA next month, isolated in peace and calm, without the roar of the engines and the chatter of fellow passengers.
