JVC KD-G161 Car CD Player

Bought this for the missus as she only wanted something straight forward and inexpensive.Comes with all the fittings & connectors you will need & a fairly comprehensive instruction guide.
Performs as well as many more expensive models & it is dead easy to use.
Plus of course the ability to play cd-rw discs which of course we all have these days.
Only drawback was no mp3 but no doubt next years model will cover that..
All in all well pleased & would recommend as a good buy.

Bought for my daughter as a Xmas present, she is delighted with the player and is finding excuses to ride in her car just to play the CD's !

Simple to use - no buttons for the sake of it or an electronics degree necessary to make it work. Great sound. I like it!

Like: looks nice, but modest. Big plus: manual dial for adjusting volume etc., rather than just buttons +/-! Good sound.

Dislike: doesn't play MP3. All settings except pre-set radio stations are erased every time I switch off the car. Radio starts in "demo" mode, where the screen flashes in random order all sorts of things it can possibly display.

Standard: removable face plate, usual controls/settings etc.
