JVC HR-S5965 S-VHS VCR

A well made SVHS deck that makes the best of video tape (VHS and SVHS)even though many will use DVD, this format still has a lot of life in it yet.
I needed an SVHS deck to view SVHS video family footage and with the addition of other hardware (using scart out)transfered it to my PC and then convert it all to DVD, this deck made the very best of the tape and when eventually viewed on my finished DVDs the results were amazing!
Also it can make the best of standard VHS tape either as VHS or in near SVHS quality (which can be viewed back on its own deck or any othe SVHS deck)
This makes the very best of VHS and SVHS tapes and is very easy to use with its on screen menu.
You would be hard pressed to beat the quality and would highly recommend.
