The Indiana Jones series is superb !!
This is an excellent film - a must watch !!!
Harrison Ford is superb.

All three Indiana Jones films are amazing,but the first "Raider's of the lost ark" remains my ultimate favourite!
Harrison Ford is ace in the role of Indiana Jones and that role is my favourite film role of his!
All three films are exciting and thrilling to watch and they are a real tour de force of adventure!
I recommend this set and I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Harrison Ford is Indiana Jones!This set has four DVD's digitally restored and remastered, the forth having the bonus material on including 'the making of' documentary. The other DVD's are the films; Raiders of the Lost Ark where Indy searches for the ark of the Covenant and must discover it before the Nazi's do, The temple of doom the second film he finds himself helping a young boy in a remote village in India.The third film is The Last Crusade and he is on a quest for his father on the trail of the Holy Grail. I must admit I love the Last Crusade the most probably because the father is Sean Connery and I think they work well together.

As a child, it is normal for a young male to have a patriarchal role-model that he can always look up to. My hero happened to be Indiana Jones!

A film of the past ahead of its time with stunning visual effects, high-paced thrills and a whole passle of cheesy one-liners, the Indiana Jones series delivers high octane action blended perfectly with a hint of comedy only Harrison Ford could have pulled off!

Ford evidently concludes in each instance -through a series of wonderful cliches- that good will always triumph over the wicked; and that those artifacts really should belong in a museum!!!

With excellent casting, (especially that of Sean Connery as Henry Jones, Indy's father) this trilogy delivers a series of mouth watering adventures that the family will want to dig up again and again!

This boxset is truly a must for any DVD collection. Harrison Ford protrays Indiana Jones to a T ( the role must have been written for him) and the Special FX are truly brilliant for the age of the films.....Speilberg at his FINEST...AN ABSOULUTE MUST HAVE....

Indiana Jones was one of the many TV/film heros of my childhood! The films easily stand the test of time with a great case, a story worth following and some great action.

The special effects may not be as good as todays offerings but i was still impressed with the overall visual impact, especially when the films are 20-odd years old!

The box set is brilliant as it contains all 3 films and some a special features disc and because they're digitally remastered they look just as good as when they first came out.

Indiana Jones movies are the best and give a great enjoyment. I watched these moives more than 10-15 times from TV, VHS tapes and now my own DVDs. I would say they are a classic and you could watched them again and again. Have one yourself!

This is a must have box set especially if you get it at the price I did! If you've seen one of the films in the past, you gotta see them all. If you've only just met Indy in the new film and you liked what you saw, you MUST see the first three!
You'll believe a man of 65 can fall 20 feet onto a metal cage, get up, and still punch his foe into oblivion.

i bought it for my son who is indie mad, he loves all the films and antything to to with it. the bonus dvd was good too.

With the release of a new Indiana Jones movie there will be renewed interest in the back catalogue and rather like Star Wars parents will be eager to show kids the old films. For that reason this box set makes excellent family entertainment for your 7+ kids and still stands up against more modern films although some of the effects are a little dated, big thumbs up I would say!

With the new film out I'm sure we are not the only ones catching up with Indys previous adventures. Our kids loved all three of these films and are looking forward to seeing the new one.Overall, three good old fasjioned harmless action adventure films which will appeal to all ages

Nowadays we keep forgetting how beautiful blockbusters can be. Too much CGI makes everything possible and therefore very often also arbitrary. In Raiders you actually seem to feel the physical pain some of the actors/stuntmen had to go through to provide 2 hours of pure entertainment.

Of course the story isn't waterproof, the Nazi weren't that present in Egypt in 1936 and how did Indy survive that ride on the submarine again? But lots of good and variable action scenes are accompanied by a story that develops fast and excitingly and is always close to being implausible but luckily never is.

Spielberg, Lucas and most of all Harrison Ford created a hero that is nowadays iconic. With their attempt to make an homage to adventure comics of the 1930's they created their own legend.

It's funny, exiting, thrilling and romantic. What more can you ask for?

Well reason for buying was research. I playing the role of Indiana Jones in a spoof very soon. was researching the voice and look.
Love the old Saturday Cinema look! It's just plain adventure from start to end!
Dislike. I didn't read the small print. This wasn't an English version so didn't have the Extra disc. My fault. I should read things fully before bidding.
Now I just have sort out the costume and my own Jones adventure begins!

It makes a welcome change,to watch a film where the action is not mindless violence,and the acting is great. I bought this box set second hand,and found the dvd's in excellent condition. This is the type of boxset that you can sit on the couch,and happily watch the three dvd's. Great value and good family entertainment.!

I’m off on a trip to Ethiopia in September, reputed by clerics there to be the final resting place of the Ark of the Covenant. I have just finished reading Graham Hancock’s “The Sign and the Seal” which lends support to the Ethiopian claim but with so much historic/biblical content it was sometimes heavy going.

To lighten up a bit I decided to revisit “Raiders of the Lost Ark” and found the boxed set Indiana Jones trilogy on EBay.

Archeologist/adventurer Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford) sticks to the theory that the Ark never got further than Egypt and discovers it there, only to be dispossessed by foreign opposition with darker intent. This involves numerous death defying chases, fights and stunts that could only be dreamed up by the unparalleled George Lucas and Stephen Spielberg. The over-eager baddies eventually unveil the Ark which spectacularly provokes its awesome and supernatural powers that others have always known, needed to be contained.

If there is anyone out there who has not seen the Indiana Jones films then you MUST see them all, there are four now. Those who have will never tire of watching them over and over again.

As for me? I can't wait to be in the ancient city of Askum for the Meskel festival when a veiled tabot is paraded before believers. In bush shirt and wide-brimmed hat I shall be ready with my trusty Olympus should the veil accidentally slip.

The reason i bought Indiana Jones - The Adventures Of Indiana Jones was, after getting the latest installment of Indiana Jones my little girl loved it, so as only being 8 years old had never seen any of the previous Indiana Jones, so after recieving the box set sat down with my little girl one weekend and watched the whole lot and she loved every single one of them.

i loved everything about the whole package.i liked the way it was promoted by the seller,and it has given us many hours of plesure.
