Ian Woosnam - Golf Made Simple (DVD 2002)

Filmed at Ian Woosnam's home golf club , Celtic Manor in Wales. This is a highly recommended DVD for anyone looking to lower their handicap. Ian isn't the most fluent presenter but his no-nonsense style and approach leaves you with some very clear and concise swing thoughts which you feel you could take to the course and immediately put into practice.

All too often in these kind of videos one is almost bombarded with information and you're in danger of suffering with 'paralysis by analysis'. Not so in 'Golf made simple' . This reviewer found particularly useful the chapter on ' Fades and Draws', even if they could have done with another camera to capture the ball flight more clearly and the simplicity of Woosie's demonstrations filled me with confidence to try them out on the course.

Woosnam clearly relaxes and begins to enjoy himself in front of camera towards the end of the tape when he offers some great little tips on the short game and even manages to demonstrate some useful drills carried out in the club house with a pint by his side! So to recap not definitive but a useful addition to your DVD collection that will I'm sure greatly assist you in lowering your scores.
