This series is very entertaining but still you gotta stay sharp while watching. One of the best TV-series I've ever seen and I've seen many!

This show is brilliant, every season brings something new and exciting. It is unlike anything else on tv and a definate must see!!! Clever cons and fun plots will leave you begging for more :)

I just watch Series 5 of Hustle on BBC 1. Also just watch Series 1-3 on cable tv. Love the series however it's better without adverts. Just sometimes it true to life.

Jumping in at the second series or third is good, but if you watch this series from the very begining, its as though you are about to become a grifter yourself.

So involving are the series that at the climax of series 2 has you doubting their morals! morals you say! well!

To use a few phrases that stick - 'You can never con an honest man' and by sticking to the 'grifters code' there's an honer in their dis-honesty.
and all they are doing is 'offering something for nothing, and giving them nothing for something.' they don't thief! they simply take what people are willing to give.

The characters are all individuals with there own reasons for being there, full characters, that aren't thrown at you at the start of an episode or series, over time you learn more about them, gradually, captivatingly.
At the end of each episode, as impossible as each con is, the little bits that made things run so smoothly and the 'plan b' fall back is always revealled.

I always thought this was an impossible 'profession,' but backed up by catching 'The real hustle' on TV showing similar cons in real life, and the fact that so many similar cons have recently been in the media you know that the plot lines are based on fact.

Through the freeze frames, in a thoroughly modern manner, and short 'to camera pieces', you might even believe that you could do this yourself, but you would need more guts, daring, class and style than you can muster. They live the high life of immoral earnings but through being with the characters, you in a way respect that.

I have to say I was hooked from the first episode and can't wait for the next series on TV.
If you appreciate stylish skill, curbing the boundaries, and having the sheer dogs whatsits to get what you want from someone then this is for you.
