Hot Shots / Hot Shots Part Deux

having seen both the films when they were released in cinemas, thoroughly enjoying the comical talents of charlie sheen in the leading roles, it was lloyd bridges who stole both films, with his side splitting portrayal of firstly a navy admiral, then as president in part two.
hot shots is a spoof of the blockbuster 'top gun', whilst part two is a spoof of the 'rambo' movies. if you liked the 'airplane' movies - you will love these.
having recently watched 'hot shots' on tv with my eight year old son, who was in tears at lloyd bridges continuingly getting bumped and bashed, asked me to buy the film.
browsing ebay was delighted to see that both films came as a two disc set in one package, and with the price well under a tenner - too good too miss.
i have watched them so many times since i bought them i now know them word for word, and still have to watch when my son plays them.
so many one-liners and great acting, its a great pick me up guaranteed to make you chuckle.
if you have a wicked sense of humour you cant go wrong with these two films....
