Hoover TFC3185 001 Freespace Bagless Canister Cyclonic Vacuum

My Henry hoover had an electrical fault so while it was being repaired I bought the above vacuum as it was cheap, It was advertised as reconditioned and in perfect working order.
It arrived extremely quickly in a box, however with no instructions.
It has no power at all when using the brush attachment and very little when using the nozzle. On turning the hoover off everything fell out of the nozzle on the floor, clearly indicating that the vacuum has insufficient power to suck the dirt as far as the dust bag.
All in all I was disappointed with this purchase but as it was cheap, the product arrived quickly, the communication with the company was pleasant and my Henry was repaired I did not contact the company for a replacement. Therefore I cannot comment on the company's possible action regarding repair or replacement.
I can only say I would avoid buying this model again regardless of the company selling it.

My Stepdaughters son was leaving home and she needed a smaller vacuum which she could manage better. This fitted the bill on all counts; it is small enough to store away, easy to carry upstairs,(which are very steep),strong enough to do the job properly, looks attractive, and for my part the price was right.

It is such a quaint little machine. So small and does not need such a big space to store. It is bagless so it does not require any bags thus no further expenses on such item. Just empty the plastic box when prompted by the red light and you are off again.The cable retracts inside the machine and the tools are neatly hooked on the machine. Down side being very noisy because of the high power(1800watts) and the size of the machine. Overall, a very nice little system to have.

I bought this hoover as I needed something fairly compact and easy to use. And I have to say that this little beauty meets my requirements perfectly. For a small hover it is quite powerful and the dust compartment is easy to clean.

The vacuum is everything I expected it to be. Fantastically easy to store. Item arrived soon after it was ordered.

we needed a small vacuum cleaner for our laminate floor and the carpeted stairs. this cleaner surpassed our expectations, not only is it small and light, it has a tremendous suction,filter and dirt container easy to clean. very happy with our purchase.

I needed a second inexpensive hoover & found this company whilst browsing. Most of the products are used for testing & are hardly used. The hoover i got came in it's original box with all the fittings. The company were very quick at depatching the item & overall i feel i got both a great product & great service.

I went for this Bagless Hoover mainly because of the price, but also because it was bagless, compact & I needed one to clean the car regularly as I have 2 dogs who moult a lot & they travel on the back seat of the car. Since I bought this hoover, I have been very pleased with my purchase, "it does what it says on the tin", it's everything the seller said it was.

loved the fact it is compact,powerful,funky & easy too store.You know with this brand you are getting functionallity and durability.Ideal for a small house/apartment & not heavy so easy too lift.

I bought this vacuum cleaner to replace an old one which no longer worked. It looks good and for something so small it does an excellent job at cleaning carpets. My only gripe is that the dust container is small and constantly needs emptying. Would recommend it to anyone with a flat.

Product is light and easy to use..it picks up even tiny specks from the carpet and can be used on hard surfaces too.
This hoover is a real bargain for the price and will last years, with regular usage..it looks both stylish and takes up little storage space...filter is easy to clean and it has an automatic storage for electric cable. I am very pleased with this purchase

I wanted a small cylinder hoover which would be easy to carry up and down stairs. The Hoover Freespace is ideal, it hardly weighs anything but has so much suction you have to stand on the mats to hold them down. Different adaptors mean it can hoover anything you require and it does a great job cleaning the inside of the car too. Small canister means frequent emptying but it's so easy to do. Highly recommended.

I wanted to buy a good brand with a good power. This fulfilled what i was looking for. So far very nice and working like a charm

I wasn't sure if this vacuum cleaner would be very good as it was so cheap; however it is an excellent product. It is lightweight, easy to manouvere and has no problem picking up everyday dust and dirt.

It picks up animal hair really well. I am asthmatic and find the vacuum very effective in hair removal, dust and the way that I can clean the filters easily after a few vacuums. It also light in weight as well. Thanks Miss Lovatt

i needed a hoover asap im a stay at home mom whos got kids and everybody knows you cant shop properly with kids when you go out to shop, i looked at the hoover in my own time and i saved more than fifteen pounds than if bought a currys or comet or even argos and delivered in a few days fantastic!!!

Considering it was an actual Hoover I was delighted by the price,the speed of delivery and the quality of the product.I have nothing but praise for this seller.

I just purchased this product and I did not receive it yet, but I am kind of worried with the fact that I haven't find the it's dust bags very easily. The ones I found on the internet are way overpriced, and in store, I never find one compatible.
What did you guys do? I like the fact the machine is bagless, but I never thought it would be that hard and expensive to keep it. I am seriously considering selling it just because of the dust bag!

i brought this hoover because i have just moved into caravan. needed small cleaner that cleans lino as well as carpet. this fits the bill perfect. it was a good price that also made a difference because didn't want to spend to much. the postage was very good it didn't take long to arrive. very satisfied.

the bagless vacuum was great because it s so lite to carry and powerful and so small. i brought it because my hoover broke so i brought this im am so happy with it brill item, i will buy again if something with my one.
