Very easy to use, lightweight and effective with a removable washable cloth. We use it to clean our laminate floor once a week. Dry in seconds but make sure when in use you dont stand it in one place for a long period as the heat could do damage.

) I bought this item because I had to send a previous purchase back as it didn't have a carpet slider with it. This came well packaged and quickly and was easy to assemble. It is light and the water chamber seems to stay full for longer than others I have tried and so needs re-filling less which is good. It cleans well on hard floors (wood and slate)and needs little effort. The handle is long and so no need to stoop over it and it cleans well. Smells nice and clean and no chemicle smell. It heats up very quickly and has an indicator light to tell you when its ready. Has a good long flex as well. Only thing I would change is that it came with more cleaning heads 9either disposable or ones you wash) as I ordered the wrong ones and so had to wait to use it.
