Holes (DVD 2004)

excellent, would recommend,i loved this film.i liked the story,because i watched it at school and liked it.

I bought it for one of my daughters who had studied the book and seen the film at school. She said she really enjoyeed and would like a copy of her own. The film is filled with good story lines and the way they get developed is fun too. Although they dont stick exactly to the book it was an enjoyable film to watch over and over again. Everytime you watch it you notice something different

I thought it was a really good film for the whole family. I have 2 boys (aged 7 & 10yrs) and they both loved it, so much so that after they watched a friends copy they wanted one of their own. And have watched it again and again with their friends. Good story line.

my son was reading this book as part of his english class,and watched the film. when he said that he liked it i thought i would be a good idea to uy the dvd and book for him at home. excelent all round family film.

I had just almost finished reading the book to the kids, and when I discovered there was a Dvd - I was torn between completely finishing it and watching the film...the decision was ruin the book by watching the dvd or spoil the dvd by finishing the book.

All in all we found the book far more gripping and as usual more fulfilling, but this dvd is not in any way disappointing.

An excellent film, very humourous and in keeping with the Louis Sachar's excellent novel of the same name. Likeable characters and a good storyline keep your interest throughout... 9.8 out of 10

Fun for all the family. Would recommend it to anyone. Gr8 storyline and some recognisable actors in it aswell!

ibrought this film for my 17 year old son as it came out when he was 12 it is a film he has always loved he watched it at school with his friends and has always loved the whole story behind the film

I bought this DVD for my grandson , who read the book at school. He loved it!

He thought the actors prortrayed the story well and has since watched it several times !! Great film for all the family.

i really love this movie as its a classic! i find it very enjoyable, and fun for all the family! i think it should be watched by everyone fully who buy's the movie and watch very closly of what happens.

Based on the book holes the film did it justice as it was a Good family film , acting was good from all ecspically shia lebeouf . definatly worth watching

great film very true to the book really enjoyed it!
bought it after reading the book which my husband read and enjoyed and he doesnt read much recommend this to anyone!

i love the film as when it first came out i got it, but my disc was scratched so i bought it because i wanted the film again.

The dvd was just like new and plays very good. The price I payed was resonable but could of been a bit cheaper if so many people weren't bidding on it.

i had never watch it or seen it so i thourt i would bye it c wot its like im glad i did bid for it as me n my two daughters watched it as soon as it cam thou the post n we loved it thanks ????

I thought it was a great film to see and in comparrison to the book it is as excellent.I loved every bit of it and think everybody should see it.

this item came very quickly and was brand new as promised. excellent quality, and i really enjoyed watching it. i bought it for my partner and couldnt find it in shops anywhere so was pleased to find it on e bay, and at a good price.

this film is great for all ages its funny and some parts have you in stitches.its about a teenage lad thats been sent to a camp for a crime he didnt do to build his charater and dig holes (hence title)this film is well worth a watch highly recommended

the kids like watching it on sky so much that we decide to buy it. we think it's a good family film.

My son was reading the book at home and he wanted to visualise the action. We both thoroughly enjoyed the movie Holes and have watched it a number of times. A good film which will keep young teenagers enthralled.

the films about a boy who gets sent to a horrable camp far away in the dessert for something he dident do. then he finds some tresure and becomes rich and the camp gets closed dowm,
