Hitachi 26LD6600 26 in. HDTV-Ready LCD TV

I bought this TV off eBay for 300 pounds and I’m very impressed I'm only using it with a ps3 (HDMI) so I don't know what it’s like on other outputs but HDMI is very good and I am delighted with the price and quality, in my opinion it's a bargain. Hope this help people deciding whether or not to get this TV. I strongly recommend you do.

the item is good but i felt the discription was wrong as it said sound not working and the sound works. although not mentioned in the description but provided in the sale so should have been ok the remote did not work other than that it was a good sale when opened the remote was broken

The unit had scratches on the screen.
The remote control was filthy & the springs for the batteries were rusty.
The packaging was awful, it was not packaged correctly.
The mains lead was just chucked in the box along with the remote.
Described as "Item is 'as new' condition - it's like new!", rubbish, it was second hand & blatantly so.
Listing was NEW should have been listed as USED.
Overall 0 out of 10.

Just what it says on the tin. Clean lines, small footprint and easy to program channels. Excellent value.

I bought the television because it was good value. I always found the Hitachi TVs very reliable. (I was in television retailing for many years) It also fitted into my hi-fi unit. The wide screen is ideal for sport but not very flattering to the humane form
