My main disappointment with this breadmaker was to find that it doesn’t have a timer to make it come on during the night. I had just assumed they all came with timers.
That said, the recipe book is very good and I have consistently turned out good loaves as I slowly work my way through all the recipes.
There is nothing fancy about this machine – no nut dispenser, crust adjustment, variation of loaf size etc but is seems robust. I have used it more or less every day since I bought it several weeks ago, but when funds allow I will be trading up to a model that has a timer and has the option to make larger loaves.
Update - nearly two years later. I have used this machine almost every day for nearly two years now and it is still showing no appreciable signs of wear. Sure it's not very complicated but I now feel that this is more than made up for by the robustness of it's manufacture. I've moved my rating up from Average to Good.
